Lutwyche

Man and woman, Kristin Simmons, stand in front of her artwork of copper toy guns on a black canvas hanging on a white wall.

Suit Yourself…

The suit lining served as both a tribute to the iconic spy franchise and a playfully satirical reference to the prohibition of carrying firearms in England.

Leading up to the release of James Bond: Spectre, the London-based luxury menswear company LUTWYCHE reached out to Simmons to collaborate and outfit their Madison Avenue store with her Copperhead Second Amendment piece to create a suit lining for their high-end men’s apparel. This artful alignment perfectly resonated with Simmons' signature blend of wry humor and allusive expression evident throughout her body of work, resulting in a luxurious final product that adeptly encapsulated the essence of both brands involved.
