The Female Quotient

The Female Quotient, an organization that fosters women’s support for each other and advocates for political participation, approached Simmons to create a limited edition collection, and soon after invited her to their conference in Miami Basel.The collection combines two of her popular works – Beauty is Life’s E-Z Pass and Women of Change. These unique prints resemble currency bills with influential women replacing traditional presidents, elegantly encased in acrylic blocks. On the back of each purchased bill is a note, personally written by Simmmons, describing the accomplishments of the depicted woman. This added touch enhances the connection and appreciation between the collector and the artwork. Simmons’ personalization of each print demonstrates her connection to the empowering narrative behind each artwork, and her collaboration with The Female Quotient showcases their shared commitment to female empowerment.
